Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met in alignment with the company's vision.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and corporate image standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and managing meetings, preparing reports, and managing communication with C-Level management.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of corporate image-related policies and processes.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing, and procurement processes for related projects.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and updated.
  • Assist the Corporate Image Officer with managing uniform-related tasks during their absence.


Requirements:


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and an eye for detail regarding corporate image and branding.
